Mr. Bloch worked for two Fortune 100 companies for more than 30 years−Ogden Corporation and then Deutsche Bank AG (formerly Bankers Trust Company).
As an Associate Counsel for Ogden, he provided legal representation on many subjects, in diverse industries. As Real Estate Manager, he led the acquisition, management and disposition of Ogden's real estate.
As a Principal and Director for Deutsche Bank, he was the Acquisitions and Dispositions Officer, Corporate Real Estate, with global responsibility for headquarters, data centers, bank branches, call centers, and disaster recovery sites located in 35 countries. He led strategic planning activity, construction, outsourcing and other project teams, which included major real estate broker, architectural, engineering, legal, construction, and critical systems service providers.
Mr. Bloch has published a number of articles in real estate trade journals and has served as an International Director of NACORE (now CoreNet International). He was NACORE's New York City 1996 Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year.
A highly regarded attorney and instructor, Mr. Bloch earned undergraduate and law degrees at Syracuse University and a master of corporate real estate/honors designation with NACORE.
